Most businesses don’t just need a better website. They need a better system.
I help businesses audit, rebuild, and automate the journey from first impression to lead capture, follow-up, booking, payment, and growth — using websites, funnels, CRM tools, and smart automation.

Recognition earned through consistent delivery.
Before the technical details, there should be one simple signal: the work has been tested repeatedly in real client environments. These distinctions reflect sustained delivery, client trust and deep platform experience — not self-awarded credentials.
Advanced recognition within Wix’s professional partner ecosystem, reflecting extensive hands-on experience delivering polished websites, custom functionality and scalable digital solutions.
I fix the digital gaps that cost businesses leads and money.
The website is only one part of the system. The real work is connecting attention, trust, action, follow-up, operations, and payment.

Godwin Aikonedo
Website, Automation & Digital Systems Strategist
The person behind the systems.
I’m a website, automation and digital systems strategist. I work with businesses to understand where the customer journey or internal process is breaking down — then design the website, CRM, automation or operational system needed to fix it.
My work sits at the intersection of UX, websites, CRM, automation, AI and business operations. The goal is not to add more tools. It is to make the digital side of the business clearer, easier to operate and better connected from attention to payment.
Three projects. Three very different kinds of transformation.
These are not thumbnail portfolio cards. Each project below shows the business problem, what I built, the system behind it, visual evidence and the client outcome.
Turning GoHighLevel into operational infrastructure for TCO Technology.
TCO needed more than another CRM configuration. The business needed a company-centered operating system capable of managing customer relationships, multiple service contracts, opportunities, renewals, sales activity and internal follow-up without turning account data into a maze.
A company-centered CRM structure gives TCO one account layer for customer relationships, contacts, opportunities and related service records.
Active sales opportunities are organized across New Lead, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal Sent and Closed stages.
The reporting environment gives the team direct visibility into opportunity value, conversion, active deals and won revenue.
Service Contract, Company and Contact-level workflows work together to evaluate qualifying records and route renewal activity.
Separate 30, 60, 90 and 120-day reminder paths help surface approaching renewals before contract end dates.
The selected 30-day reporting view recorded 21 opportunities, a 4.76% conversion rate and $1.96K in won revenue.
The pipeline makes active sales movement visible.
A live GoHighLevel pipeline tracks opportunity movement, stage volume and deal value across the sales process.
“TCO moved from fragmented account and renewal management to a structured GoHighLevel system that centralizes customer relationships, separates individual service contracts, automates renewal monitoring, and gives the team clearer visibility into their sales and account operations.”
One company could have multiple contracts — but flat CRM fields could not represent that properly.
TCO works with businesses that can hold several services at once, each with its own provider, contract value, account owner, start date and renewal date.
Storing those values directly on the Company record would eventually overwrite data, create duplicate companies or make renewal management unreliable.
A relational GoHighLevel system designed around the way the business actually operates.
- Company-centered CRM architecture
- Dedicated Service Contracts custom object
- Company-to-contract associations
- Sales opportunity and pipeline structure
- Dashboard and reporting visibility
- 30 / 60 / 90 / 120-day renewal logic
- Customer eligibility checks before renewal actions
- Internal notification routing
- Structure designed for future integrations and scaling

“Godwin delivered exactly what he committed to and more. He set up our GoHighLevel outbound SDR system with clean workflows, lead assignment logic, automations, and reporting views, all focused on sales execution — not funnels or marketing clutter. He finished ahead of schedule, tested everything, and made sure it actually worked in a real-world environment.
Communication was clear, he followed scope, and he understood that this was about building operational infrastructure, not just configuring software. If you’re looking for someone who can implement systems properly and think beyond templates, I highly recommend him. We’ll be continuing to work with him long-term.”
Turning RecyclePal’s website into a more useful digital platform for Omaha communities.
RecyclePal already had a real operating business and years of local traction. The opportunity was to turn its dated website into a clearer, more useful customer experience — while building practical tools behind the design for residents, property managers and local business partners.
An established Omaha service business with real operating scale.
These are RecyclePal’s existing business figures shown on the redesigned website. They provide context for the scale the digital experience has to support.
Recycling, Trash, Yard Waste and Bulk services are organized as managed content instead of being hard-coded into the page.
The supplied Pal Perks view shows 11 active local offers discoverable through the map and filter interface.
Custom Velo logic evaluates expiry dates so outdated business offers do not have to remain visible indefinitely.
Business names, categories, deals, terms, addresses, coordinates and publishing status can be managed from one collection.
The NOI experience was reworked to make the revenue impact of pricing changes easier for property managers to understand.
The redesign brings service information, resident benefits, proof, local offers and the calculator into one coherent journey.
The transformation is visible before you even get to the custom functionality.
The previous live website presented the business in a much more limited way. The completed redesign creates a clearer hierarchy, stronger credibility, more useful customer paths and room for interactive business tools.
The website needed to do more than explain doorstep recycling.
RecyclePal serves residents and property managers, while also creating opportunities for local businesses. The previous site did not give those audiences a strong enough digital journey or make the business tools feel like part of one connected experience.
The redesign needed to improve presentation, make the NOI calculator easier to use, support local partner offers, and keep dynamic information manageable without rebuilding sections manually.
A Wix Studio experience combining front-end clarity with CMS and custom Velo logic.
- Full Wix Studio visual and UX redesign
- Clear resident and property-manager journeys
- Redesigned NOI calculator experience
- Pal Perks local-business discovery experience
- Interactive map with category-based local offers
- CMS collection for partner businesses and deal data
- CMS-managed service types
- Custom Velo expiry-date logic
- Dynamic structure designed for easier ongoing updates
Content management and custom logic power the customer-facing map.
The design is the visible layer. The system behind it makes it useful.

“Great end product. Will be back in the future for more builds.”
The client also said he loved how the complete experience came together and specifically highlighted the improved usability of the calculator and its role in supporting more business revenue.
From a fragmented coaching page to a premium application experience.
Kia Bourne had the right offer and content, but the original presentation made the experience harder to trust, scan and understand. I rebuilt the page around hierarchy, clarity and a deliberate journey from invitation to application.
A restrained black, cream and gold system replaced a visually fragmented presentation and created a more credible coaching experience.
The offer now moves through invitation, challenge, promise, outcomes, practical details and application in a much easier sequence to understand.
The page gives prospects a clear path from understanding the experience to deciding whether they are ready to apply.
The information existed, but the presentation weakened it.
The previous page used an inconsistent visual system, dense blocks, weak hierarchy and a long application experience that competed for attention instead of guiding it. The result felt disconnected from the quality and depth of Kia’s actual coaching offer.
A deliberate journey built around confidence and clarity.
The redesign created a cohesive premium visual language, improved spacing and typography, clarified the offer structure and organized the application process so visitors can understand what the experience is, who it is for, what they receive and what happens next.
